MASSIVE (“MASSIVE”, "we", "us", or "our") operates the website, its subdomains, mobile application, or other software. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how MASSIVE collects and uses your information and to help you understand and exercise your privacy rights.

Purchases, Wallet and Transaction Information - In order to engage in certain transactions or purchases of the Services, you may need to provide us or our third-party payment processors with your payment information and allow us to connect to your digital wallet by providing us with your public wallet address. We will never ask for your private keys. We do not directly collect or store any payment card information entered through our Services or access your digital wallet, but we may receive from our third-party payment processing providers information associated with your payment card information (e.g., your billing details).Interactive Features - We and others who use our Services may collect personal information that you submit or make available through our interactive features (e.g., messaging and chat features, commenting functionalities, forums, blogs, and social media pages on Twitter, Discord, Medium, and others). MASSIVE uses machine learning to process content that you submit. Therefore, the machine learning opt-out does not apply to the content you contribute.

Our Services may offer various tools and functionalities. For example, we may allow you to provide information about your friends through our referral services. Our referral services may allow you to forward or share certain content with a friend or colleague, such as an email inviting your friend to use our Services.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, your personal information, user information, and related electronic wallet address may be shared with and/or sold to third parties, made publicly visible and/or appear as part of Solana/ Ethereum or any other applicable blockchain network when you engage in activities and/or transactions using the Services.

By using our Platform and Services, you voluntarily embed personal data – no PII – in the metadata of data and transactions. All information embedded in the Metadata will not be available for deletion.
